Social networking addiction

Now it can be easy for some but very hard for others and just like any addiction it has ways to try and suck you back in! Alcoholics can it relapsing I have relapsed about 4 times now! But you know what? Even if I am addicted and keep going back to it at least I can admit that I am! That is the first step to admit you are addicted! And second is to try to stop even if it is just for a couple days! The longer you are away the better! My longest stretch was 6 months! I was so proud of my self! Now I am not so much addicted and checking my social networking every 5 min but 1 a day or every other day I will check and see what’s new with my so call friends I never see. And maybe make a post or comment of a friends picture! I’ve stabilized my addiction to where it doesn’t get to me and ruin my life! I’ve made it to where social networking isn’t that important to me.
Social networking addiction can ruin lives. It can ruin your relationships with your real friends and family.
