Facebook addiction symptoms
Are you wondering if you have Facebook addiction symptoms? Are you addicted to Facebook or do you just like to look at it? Well keep reading and we will find out together! So in order to be addicted to anything it has to either be something you think a lot about or you spend a lot of time doing.
Now when I say a lot of time doing I am talking about time that is being wasted due to addiction! Facebook addiction symptoms are sometimes hard to detect if it is your self trying to detect it.
Here are some questions to ask you self about Facebook addiction symptoms. Do you have the Facebook app on your phone? Now just saying yes does not mean you are addicted to Facebook. However if you have it on your phone do you have it where Facebook notifies you when you get a notification or a message? And when you get that notification do you have to look at it right then? If you answered yes you just may possibly be addicted to Facebook maybe. But let’s keep going just to make sure! When ever you have a free moment do you get on Facebook to look thur your news feed? Are you getting on Facebook so much during the day that when you think back to what you did all you can think of is what others did that day? Do you randomly get on Facebook and scroll thur your news feed and re read post that you have already read three or four times? Do you get on Facebook because you are bored? If you answered yes to every question than yes you have a problem and you are addicted to Facebook! If you answered yes to half of my Facebook addiction symptoms then you are most likely addicted to Facebook. However if you answered yes to only two or three of my Facebook addiction symptoms then you really need to look at the question and ask your self why you answered yes. Did you say yes because Facebook is how you talk to your close friends so you get notified when the post or message you? Or because when you are bored you think by looking on Facebook you can come up with something to go do? In those cases I would say you are safe for now but to be care not to get sucked into the Facebook addicts world!
Now if you have said yes or you knew you were addicted before even taking the Facebook addiction symptoms quiz, this does not mean your a horrible person that is addicted to something. In fact it means you are a smart person to be looking into the fact that you may be addicted! The world or social media is growing faster than we can image. With all this new technology it can be hard to keep up and easy to get sucked in! Facebook is like a huge mouse trap, it does not blow you away it sucks you in and once your in it’s hard to get out! You have to be smart! You have to be strong! And you have to have the will to get out of the trap!
Patience and hard work is the key! You must not think about the Facebook addiction symptoms! You need to first start with getting Facebook out of your head! Stop thinking what you next status will be or what picture would be the best one for you profile picture. Just clear your mind and think about what matters to you. Your family, your friends, your job or school work. And if Facebook pops into your head shut it down with a memory of grandpa taking his teeth out at dinner time just to be funny! And after you have been able to get Facebook out of your head. That start to pry the trap door open! Stop looking at Facebook every five minutes to an hour. Start by looking at it only three times a day then when you make it there, try once a day then once every other day! To where you are looking at it only once or twice a week. Then you have succeeded and you can re read the Facebook addictions symptoms to your self and see just how much you have come. You have been able to pry the trap doors open and get out to freedom! Nothing is holding you from becoming the best you!
